We want to make sure that every purchase not only meets but exceeds your expectations. If you receive an item from us which for any reason you do not love, simply send it back for a full refund* or easily exchange it for something else.

Return & Exchange Policy (USA, APO/FPO, Canada and Puerto Rico)

Return & Exchange Period
All eligible purchases must be post marked no later than 15 days from date of purchase for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price excluding shipping & handling. Items post marked after 15 days and no later than 30 days of purchase as well as items returned without an RA number are subject to a restocking fee. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days.

Return & Exchange Exclusions
Items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged."Easy-Pay" purchases are final sale. Items that have had their inventory control tag tampered with or removed may not be returned or exchanged. Shoes that have had their inventory control tag tampered with, show wear, or have been removed may not be returned or exchanged. After 30 days, items are not eligible for return or exchange. Fine Jewelry is inspected by a 3rd party upon return to insure the integrity of the item, items must pass inspection for refund or exchange.

Return-Authorization Number (RA#)
All eligible returns & exchanges require a RA# prior to mailing the return. For our online return system log into My Account and click return items, you may also email or call our customer service.

Issuance of a Return Authorization is not a final approval for a refund or exchange. Items are reviewed for compliance with our full returns policy prior to refund or exchange.

Refund Processing
Once your package is received we will email you a confirmation that we are processing your refund. A refund confirmation will be sent within 10 days after your package is processed . Refunds are processed to the same form as payment rendered.

Inventory Control Tags
All items have inventory control tags attached to them prior to shipping. If you tamper with or remove the inventory control tag, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Shoes that have had their inventory control tags tampered with, removed, or show wear are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

All purchases made using Easy-Pay are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Included Items
Some items may include additional accessories such as dust-bags, boxes, authenticity cards, booklets, original tags, replacement hardware, etc. Missing items will be charged the cost of replacement of the missing item(s) and deducted from the refund or exchange amount.

Prepaid Return Label
Prepaid return labels provided by us are a flat $12 for your entire return within the continental 48 United States. This includes insurance and tracking. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee is charged for returns and exchanges postmarked after 15 days of purchase. The restocking fee is 15%. A replacement fee is charged for returns missing all included items. The replacement fee is equal to the cost of replacement of the missing item(s).

Free Shipping Offer
Exchanges made prior to refund processing will receive Free Shipping on the exchange order. Refunds due after your exchange is processed will be refunded to the original payment method.If you received free shipping for your purchase and you return items from your order, you will be refunded minus a $15 shipping charge if your new order total falls below the free shipping minimum advertised.

International Return Policy

Due to processing and transit times of international orders, all international orders (excluding APO/FPO, Canada, and Puerto Rico) are final sale. Orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
