Typographical Errors
In the event that a Luxury Collections Group, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Luxury Collections Group, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Luxury Collections Group, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Luxury Collections Group, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Luxury Collections Group, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Luxury Collections Group, Inc. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Luxury Collections Group, Inc..

Return Policy (USA, APO/FPO, Canada and Puerto Rico)
Return Period
All eligible purchases must be post marked no later than 15 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping & handling. Items post marked after 15 days but within 30 days of purchase are subject to a restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

Return Exclusions
Items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
"Easy-Pay" purchases are final sale.
Items that have had their inventory control tag tampered with or removed may not be returned or exchanged.
Shoes that have had their inventory control tag tampered with, show wear, or have been removed may not be returned or exchanged.
After 30 days, items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Fine Jewelry is inspected by a 3rd party upon return to insure the integrity of the item, items must pass inspection for refund or exchange.

Return-Authorization Number (RA#)
All eligible returns require a RA# prior to mailing the return. You may request an RA# by logging into your account, emailing or calling customer service.

Refund Processing
Once your package is received we will email you a confirmation that we are processing your refund. A refund confirmation will be sent within 10 days after your package is processed . Refunds are processed to the same form as payment rendered.

Inventory Control Tags
All items have inventory control tags attached to them prior to shipping. If you tamper with or remove the inventory control tag, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Shoes that have had their inventory control tags tampered with, removed, or show wear are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Easy-Pay
All purchases made using Easy-Pay are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Included Items
Some items may include additional accessories such as dust-bags, boxes, authenticity cards, booklets, original tags, replacement hardware, etc. Missing items will be charged the cost of replacement of the missing item(s) and deducted from the refund amount.

Prepaid Return Label
Prepaid return labels provided by us are a flat $9 for your entire return. This includes insurance and tracking. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee is charged for returns postmarked after 15 days of purchase. The restocking fee is 15%.
A replacement fee is charged for returns missing all included items. The replacement fee is equal to the cost of replacement of the missing item(s).

Free Shipping Offer
Exchanges made prior to refund processing will receive Free Shipping on the exchange order. Refunds due after your exchange is processed will be refunded to the original payment method.

International Return Policy (Excluding USA, APO/FPO, Canada and Puerto Rico)
Due to processing and transit times of international orders, all international orders (excluding APO/FPO, Canada, and Puerto Rico) are final sale. Orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

How we insure authenticity:
  • We inspect each item for workmanship and quality equal to the designers standards and continuing quality
  • We check for stamps, insignia, embossments and the finish quality to make sure the item is consistently manufactured
  • We check each item for any flaw which is not characteristic of the designers manufacturing standards
  • We lastly check each item against reference items in our possession to make sure that the item matches our reference item in all the above mentioned ways

Easy-Pay Terms of Use and Acceptance

Definition
Easy-Pay is a service where anyone can place item(s) on hold while paying off the balance. A minimum deposit is required and applied to the balance due. The balance is due within the specified time indicated herein. 

Term Period & Due Date
The term period is selected by the customer during setup/checkout. Term periods include 30, 60, or 90 days. The due date is the respective calendar date from the date of checkout (30th, 60th, or 90th day from checkout).

Eligible Items
Depending on the length of time chosen, each item must be a minimum selling price as indicated on the Easy-Pay product page. Items not eligible are gift cards, services, special orders, and selected items noted in the product description.

Service Provided
Orders are processed in order received. Once processed, the item(s) will not be available to others for purchase for the period(s) specified.

Deposit & Payments
The item(s) are held exclusively for you once your initial deposit is processed. Minimum initial deposit requirements per item are listed on the Easy-Pay product page. Unlimited additional payments may be made during the period selected. Depending on the "Term Period" selected, you authorize us to process automatic payments on the scheduled payment and due dates.

Price
The price of your item is fixed once you complete checkout for Easy-Pay. Promotions advertised with coupon codes needed during checkout do not apply to the item(s) using Easy-Pay. Items using Easy-Pay are excluded from all promotions advertised.

Cancellation
You may cancel an Easy-Pay at any time prior to final payment, see "Fee" below for any charges that may apply. You may not cancel once final payment has been processed or there-after. Termination due to orders past due are refunded all deposits excluding any fees. Past due items require payment within 7 days to avoid cancellation for non-payment.

Declined Payment
If your initial payment is declined for any reason the item will remain on sale until successful payment is processed. Final or scheduled payments which decline will have 7 days from due date to make payment.

Late Fee
Payment is due by the end of day on the scheduled and due dates. If balances due are declined on the scheduled dates, a late fee may apply. See "Fee" below.

Returns
Purchases made using Easy-Pay are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Setup fees, late fees, or other administrative fees are non-refundable. See website Terms & Conditions for our Return Policy.

Transfer of Deposit
Deposits are non-transferable.

Fee
Fees are calculated per item.

      Setup Cost
           The setup cost is shown on the respective Easy-Pay product page. This fee is non-refundable.
      Late Fee
           Late fee for 30-day Easy-Pay is $18, 60-day is $24, 90-day is $29. Late fees are non-refundable.
     Cancellation Fee
           Cancellation fee is equal to the initial minimum deposit of 25 percent of the item price. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

Termination
We may cancel an Easy-Pay at our choosing if we deem necessary. All fees and deposits will be refunded to the payment method used if we choose to cancel an Easy-Pay, excluding cancellation for overdue payments.
 

Shipping Information

Shipping carrier
We use UPS for our 2-day, next-day, standard to Canada, and for select standard and 3-day shipments. We use USPS (US Postal Service) for select standard, 3-day, for APO/FPO, and all other international shipments.

Order cut-off times
Our normal cutoff times for Monday thru Friday excluding holidays is:
3PM Central time for UPS Overnight.
10AM Central time for all other orders.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
